Pet Show
The Pet Show turns a visitor's photo of their pet into a clip of about five seconds that plays on the house over your song. The visitor opens Put your pet on the house on the Jukebox page, uploads a photo (just the pet, no people), picks a scene, pays or enters a code, and a few minutes later their pet is on the wall. It needs a video-generation service to be configured on the server; when it is not, submissions are closed and the tab says so.
Set it up
In Remote Display → Jukebox, games & TV → Pet Show (it appears once the display has a Jukebox).

- Face and song. Pick the face the clips play on from the designer's Remote Display tab (the picture is stretched to the face, so a 16:9 face works best; Set the area adjusts it), and the song they play over.
- Starter clips. Add one of your own videos so the Pet Show has something to play before the first visitor. The clips are numbered and you can turn any one off or remove it.
- Scenes. Write the scene a visitor can choose, and optionally upload costume pictures (a hat, a backdrop) the clip should borrow from; a scene can name a picture so it is always sent along.
- Price and codes. Set a price, or make promo codes with a number of uses for a free go. Without payments configured on the server, visitors can only use codes.
- Limits. The days it works, the most new videos a day, and the longest one pick runs (minutes).
What happens on a pick
- A scene check looks at the photo and the scene before the visitor pays, and flags what will not work (no pet, a person in the shot, something not allowed), so nobody pays for a clip that cannot be made.
- The clip is generated, then played on the house over the song. One Pet Show pick plays every clip once, two seconds apart, so earlier pets stay in the show.
- You can remove any clip from the Pet Show tab, and the Jukebox's visitor stats count the picks.
- A playlist can end with the Pet Show, so the pets come round every cycle on a scheduled night too.
Payments
Visitors pay by card through Stripe when payments are configured on the server, and they see the price before they pay. Promo codes work either way.
