1. Beta service
Projector Show is under active development and offered as a beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, the service may be unavailable at times, and we do not guarantee any level of uptime. Saved shows, media, and other data may occasionally need to be reset or migrated as the product evolves — keep your own backups of anything irreplaceable. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not upload content you don't have the rights to, attempt to bypass entitlement or payment checks, scrape or overload the service, or use Projector Show to infringe others' rights or violate the law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the shows and media you create. By publishing to the community you grant other users a license to view and, where the license you choose permits, remix your published shows and media within Projector Show. You represent that you have the rights to publish anything you upload or share.
5. Premium content & billing
Subscriptions and one-off purchases unlock premium effects, shows, and media. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. Premium content may require periodic online revalidation. Payments are processed by Stripe; refunds are handled case by case.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Projector Show is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or if the service is discontinued.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the beta evolves; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
