Projector ShowBeta

Desktop app license

The end user license agreement for the Windows and Mac app.

Last updated: November 4, 2026.

This agreement is between you and Projector Show and covers the Projector Show desktop app for Windows and Mac (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to it, and to the Projector Show Terms of Service (projectorshow.com/terms) and Privacy Policy (projectorshow.com/privacy), which also apply. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on computers you own or control, to use the Projector Show service.

2. Account required

The App opens the Projector Show service and needs a Projector Show account and an internet connection. Your shows, media and displays are stored in your account, the same as on the website. Premium features depend on your plan.

3. Restrictions

You may not sell, rent, lend or redistribute the App; modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows; remove any notices from it; or use it to get around plan limits, payment checks or premium content protection.

4. Updates

Most of what you use is delivered by the service and changes without reinstalling. The App may tell you when a newer version of the App itself is available; some features may need it.

5. Third-party software

The App is built with open source software, including Electron and Chromium, each under its own license. Those licenses come with the App in the files named LICENSE.electron.txt and LICENSES.chromium.html.

6. Your content and privacy

You keep ownership of what you create. The App sends what you do in it to the service the same way the website does, as described in the Privacy Policy. The App keeps window positions and similar settings on your computer.

7. Beta, no warranty

The App and the service are in beta and are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for how and where you project, including any rules that apply where you live.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Projector Show is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

This license ends if you break this agreement or the Terms of Service, or when your account is closed. You can end it at any time by uninstalling the App.

10. Law and changes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. We may update it; the current version is always at projectorshow.com/eula, and continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
